		<description>The other day I noticed two billings per month on my credit card for crossbrowsertesting&#039;s services, and I emailed them to ask why. They responded immediately, suggesting that perhaps I had two active accounts. I verified this to be true, canceled one account, and then sheepishly wrote them back to tell them &quot;mystery solved.&quot; I did not ask for a refund, because it was my fault for not paying attention and creating two accounts. But they volunteered to refund the charges for the duplicate account and took care of it the next day. Now that&#039;s customer service!</description>
